• 99.9% uptime guarantee for production environments
• 24/7 monitoring and incident response
• Service credits for downtime exceeding SLA thresholds

8. Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TETIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold tetis harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
